Now Hiring - Farm Equipment Sales in Prairie City, IA

Prairie Ag Supply, located in Prairie City - just 15 miles East of Des Moines, currently has an opening for an Ag Salesperson. We are looking for a motivated employee with Ag equipment sales experience to deliver top notch sales/service to our rapidly growing customer base for new and used farm equipment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Kinze, Landoll, Hardi, J&M, Brent and other products sold to Prairie Ag Supply’s agricultural market. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Participate in clinics and trade shows
• Continuously improve through feedback

Skills

• Proven work experience as a farm sales representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Requirements: •

• Must be familiar with Farm & Agricultural equipment.
• Outside Ag equipment sales experience a plus
• Exceptional communication skills and customer service oriented.
• Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player
• Clean driving record a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
